Dear Ann,
I have read your letter, It was nice to hear from you. I think that you should come to my area, because it is beautiful and you can do a lot of activities.

Sant Pere Pescador is a village situated in Catalunya, in the Alt Empordà, by the sea.
You could stay in different places, hotels, hostels or campsites. I can recommend a campsite, because they offer a lot of facilites and activities, It is easy to meet people because there are people from different European countries. If you want to meet local people you can go to the different pubs, bars, discos...
Some activities that you can do are cycling, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, visiting a lot of interesting towns or natural resorts like Aiguamolls.

At Easter in many towns and villages there are religious processions which are very interesting see. You won’t get bored.

As for the weather, spring is usually warm and Sunny but in this area the Tramuntana is very common, it’s a north wind that sometimes is very strong.
